I think its because no analysts cover it yet - look at what has happened to Aurora (AUT AU) well covered by the analyst community and it has flown.
Once fracking gets approved and some of these brokers get off their ar**s and do the numbers this thing will triple. Conservatively (on my calcs) the acreage is worth $700m but the co. has been a bit slow to get the message out there IMO. Needs some good marketing !!
