Unfortunately you are right - most of the money raised in the share issue Apr/May went to MacQ and all of the option exercise money in Dec went back to MacQ - little money was earned by their operations after admin costs and drilling costs so they funded repayments due to MacQ through share issues.
I think they overpaid for the Kansas purchase but time will tell.
