Agree. They are saying for example the non exec directors have agreed to a 50% reduction in cash salary with the balance to be made up in stock issuance instead; Why not offer them a 50% salary cut and tell them thats the final offer? They're not gonna leave in this environment - and if they do who cares is my thinking.....
