The shareprice is a function of the oil price. They were paying low divs when the shareprice was higher.
Investing during an uptick from the bottom of the cycle ticks all my boxes. Given the recent rises in POO the next few qtrs should be pretty fat and will comfortably pay for the recent investment in Alaska.
Your wish for higher divs will be granted in due course.
