locked in and now see what the future holds and how they can leverage off what is there reprocessing and designing .
not sure what the gains can be and how the team will work it but their experience and access to the industry monsters up there should be beneficial to everything they are involved in. They just have to ensure they keep their eye on existing stuff as well and not get distracted with managements time on where to extract value .
