    Investing money they dont yet have and interestingly the deal closes on same date as the OKRO March 30c expiry. So might be push coming?

    Objective sounds like to get Ubaryon eventually listed? If so, $3.1m investment for 20% now could look real nice later depending on IPO valuation/uranium market appetite.
