• 50Mt copper remain
• All services in place
• Extensive local mining expertise
• The easily accessible ore is lower grade
• 11.5Mt JORC resource @1.3%
• Commercially attractive
• 9000T/annum = $30M/annum for just $7.5M investment in shares
• JV with IDC (Industrial Development Corporation) – they have $$
• High ESG operations
• 3-4 years before revenue from Prieska but just 16 months for OCP
• OCP is good training/practice for Prieska
• Great regional synergy with both OCP and Prieska
• After OCP start-up of 9Kt/annum then potentially back to the 30-40Kt/annum as per Newmont days

Prieska

• Prieska funding arm wrestle with financiers/banks – arguing basis points of finance
• Aiming for term sheets this quarter and finalised by end of year
• COVID under control which helps
• ORN have won some awards – ESG junior mining leader in SA
• Good community engagement
• No other juniors operating in SA

IGO JV

• 30% free carry

• Pike Eye and especially Hook is a great target

• Hook looks very similar to Legends Mawson – just 10km away

• Delays due to lack of water/access

• Water pipeline being done and drilling within 1month
