When you say market, I think that can be qualified to the free float ex-top 10 holders. They all knew the political score before ploughing in millions and will not have sold (and perhaps taken advantage). They know the African Union of nations have a massive incentive to ensure this matter is resolved as ASAP via returning Mali to constitutional law.
