IMO its because the MRE has been delayed. I think its a perfectly valid reason to delay the MRE and think it was smart by OKU. That said people could be reading into it and think that the delay is because they want to drill more as the MRE calculated this far is not as big (<1Moz?) than they had initially hoped. I would suspect the delay has ruffled a few feathers and caused people to sell.
