As noted earlier on this thread i rang OKN and they were confident re court case. Seems they have received about 75% of what was claimed... although no mention re legal fees. Either-way i am out today afterbeing disillusioned re how long this dispute continued. Perhaps OKN will return to 1.80... but i have DWS as my main exposure to IT sector. AZG has also been disappointing after promising the world this time last year.
