I haven't been a follower of OKN and only just took a quick look.
Given the falling revenues of last few years, I would have thought market would want to see real evidence of return to growth. Maybe a good enough/firm forecast at HY will be sufficient, but seems more likely it might be closer to FY before there will be any impetus behind them.
Hast there been any discussion around exec director remuneration? I was surprised to see the huge increases and relatively high base salaries given that they were reducing staff elsewhere in the business. Not surprising to see about 17% of votes against adopting the remuneration report at agm.
Overall, I currently value around $2.50, but would not be interested in buying until risk decreases - i.e. review after HY result.
