Just because the company announces it, doesn't mean a hole will be drilled.
Check out this "price sensitive" announcement from LIT last year. https://lithium-au.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/20112019-Raw-materials-review-continues.pdf. They "sold" the exploration license to an IPO called Metal Hawk. The thing is, the Metal Hawk IPO didn't actually eventuate, however the company didn't then announce that the IPO fell through.
As always, people should do thorough research
