    The project looks good but

    1. Development in Cambodia? Could well be on the bleeding edge
    2. The corruption indices from transparency International do not look flash
    3. Need a development team who knows how to develop (not explore) a project in SE Asia, and a board which has these skills in Asia.

    Can be a long and tortuous road into production, if you don't have the right technical guys and experience etc
