It may not have been the best of news in the short term but SHV is now pretty much de-risked and free to map a standalone path forward. On that basis I become interested.
Does anybody have a good feel for how much investment in Plant & Equipment may be stranded by Olam pulling the contract?
Can SHV redeploy it? Will it be sold to Olam? Would it be significant enough for Olam to pay a change of control premium for SHV to get the assets rather than reproduce them if SHV won't deal?

Sentiment = Very Interested but don�t know enough yet for anything firmer.
