more broadly though the ACCC action adds increased complexity and risk as well as likely delays. I think a deal will likely still occur. I don't think another party will emerge, they would have put their hand up by now.

while it is trading under the offer price I would expect the bidders to potentially buy stock. it's a good signal to the other party that they remain committed.
