So let me get this straight TraderK ....your perception is that 'getting financing' is OK....because it isn't a capital raise? Have you done 8th grade math? Maybe your interpretation is mere semantics....or maybe you just don't understand that 'raising capital' and 'getting financing' are pretty much the same thing. It means going to the well. Asking people to lend you money for your business because you can't make enough money to finance your own operations. So if you think that there is a difference in the two...you should be just fine here. You sound like part of the Orocobre boosters club. Facts are there to be rejiggered. lol
