On the 29 Dec 2015 (Post #: 16697685) I wrote “in December Olaroz will produce around 450 tonnes – say plus or minus 25 tonnes” to be compared against the 427 they actually did.
At this rate, in January they will produce 490 tonnes – plus or minus 25 tonnes. They will achieve the 650 t/month “break-even” in April and nameplate capacity around May 2017.
The company is performing exactly as predicted by the historical series of production statistics. It is remarkable indeed that after nine months they have achieved a bit over 29% of the nameplate capacity.
Superb management, first class engineering, the biggest lithium producer since the introduction of sliced bread.
In the meantime, someone is manipulating the price to mine the market. Fantastic company.
