You are too positive and kind. Though generally I respect your opinion, on this occasion I think the company must be all but paying you to write this stuff. A 29% drop in production is not inexcusable on the basis of weather. The process has got to be more robust than to sustain those losses during a catastrophe free season. And in your heart of hearts, you must know that management are not going to decisively or accurately address any problems.
