Have emailed ASIC again requesting an update; it has been over a month but the xmas break may slow things down. Other ABU holders may have contacted ASIC also.
What do I expect; likely a bland response from ASIC.
Was it a waste of time; likely yes.
However I do not possess the trading history that ASIC may uncover via super computers.
Usually I receive a response from ASIC within a week or so; this case appears unusual.
I have many concerns which I have written in a report regarding ASX history from 2013 - 2015; yet to be submitted to ASIC; I never considered a SP this low but I am wary of TO.
Will update HC once I receive a response from ASIC.
