Thanks for your posts and efforts HoM and bm3121, agree, the lack of accountability here is just mind numbing IMO. The one thing I just cant get my head around is how Pac Road are going to get out of this without losing millions? I can make a case for APAC wanting total control of the project on the cheap, just can't figure out how Pac Road benefits from the current situation. Would be interesting if someone was to offer to buy PAC Roads investment off market and where that would leave shareholders should that happen. Perhaps I'm being a little paranoid early on a Sunday morning but so much that can't be explained away easily, has happened already.
