And how can we NOT make a profit @ near 6g/tonne - NST , SBM & etc are all mining $$ @ much lower grades?? All this time & money wasted on legal BS could've been spent sorting out mining & processing to make it profitable e.g cutting costs/overhead/salaries/using the pilot plant etc !!
Cripes, look @ MOY, similar 1M oz resource, though due for an upgrade soon, mining 85koz @ $1180 AISC, yet $100M MC ...
