Isn't that just wasting ASICs time when they should be looking at genuinely suspicious activity?
There would have been another 20 stocks with greater volume of "suspicious" activity yesterday where there was selling into an illiquid market that have large buy/sell spreads.
If someone thinks the price is being pushed below fair value, surely the best way to deal with that is to buy up the discount priced shares!
