The parameters used in the Kaplan-Meier curves is ultimately measuring the survival percentage based on assumed drop offs and confirmed last and so on. This isn’t necessarily based on the functionality of the actual motor skills as this reporting is to show the overall ‘survival’ of ALS patients. The only thing that perturbs this announcement is the compassionate use grounds of four people where the change has been relative and partial. The story is building up and all this is already factored into the share price. This is my opinion only and I am happy for people to contest it.
