MT had one deliverable and that being the commencement of the phase 2 / 3 trial by end of June and he has failed.
I don't care that they have issued a new timeline, just changing the date doesn't mean you meet the timeline.
And as I pointed out sometime ago they knew they were not going to meet the timeline as they had hidden the fact that the trial wasn't going to commence until H2 CY2024 at the bottom of announcement going back to April, and all the time MT was still saying H1CY2024.
