great work and brilliant job showing the multiple potential uses of mpl. It's something some of us here have been banging on since forever and a day, that monepantel as an mTOR inhibitor/autophagy inducer, is working at such a fundamental level of the body's processes that it is guaranteed multiple uses either as a standalone drug or as part of multiple therapies. So unless somebody comes up now with something that will do the same job better with at least the same high level of safety and low adverse reactions (and mTOR drugs are notorious in that regard since the discovery of the mTOR complex thirty years ago), then I could not think of more certain future drrug. But the trouble is the market doesn't get it, in big part because it's a very complex story - and this has greatly hampered the sp making it hard to raise capital for progressing this program and thereby slowing everything down. This company has been brilliant at getting this far on the proverbial smell of an oily rag, but the price of minimal sp dilution to get the pill developed to this level has been time. Anyway, the pill is here and we've got a new, rejuvenated management that looks very energetic and focused.
