The good news is that this will give OLI breathing space from a cash perspective which has been a concern of many on these boards for a while (myself included).
The bad news is that with an interest rate of 10.5%, warrants over 16% of the company and a target return for the lender of 15% pa, this will likely be highly dilutive to shareholders. The other observation is that with bank debt so cheap at the moment, clearly CBA wasn't there to roll the facility if OLI had to go to one of these high-interest lenders.
