looking at MAH chart seems to me a company whose management is a victim to the economic cycle more than anything. I know they stuffed up on a rail network but what we could perhaps look into is in the amount of their recurring project (with low risk..please enlighten us HC people).
What I would like to ask the people here is the following:
a.) is there any issue with debt covenant (interest coverage)?
b.) will the existing recurring project be stable enough to cover any destruction in the market value of the company ?
Thanks..
