After reviewing the announcement and researching Visions VLI projects I asked around a couple of old Geologists connections in Quebec about this Cadillac project and their word is if it was any good it would have been drilled further as the Chairman of Vision would not let anything go. The share issue to VLI are only window dressing. The other concern is local tribes who have to approve use of the land which can be a major delay. Canada has many patchy outcrops and limited access during winter. I'm my view this is a amateurish acquisition to aid the share price.
