bonus issue or share split will only happen when sp all time high, at least i observe from KLSE.
existing major stakeholders need to get back their investment or gain at least 100%, before they move on with 50% or they decide to top up, with available new share from BI exercise.
illiquid stock is easily to push up or pull down the sp.
perception (commodity ASP, market share)
or
fact (huge profit, high dividend)
will move the sp
