What I meant was the A$45.64 million in profit is what OMH will earn extra during the year starting 2023 when the sale has concluded for the CMSB 25% share. Thats assuming the 3Q2022 CMSB profit will be the same each Qtr next year going forward. It could possibly be more with all the furnaces firing and silicon metal in the mix.
CMSB will earn the profit until the sale is finalised after that OMH will gain an extra 33% more income/profit for each quarter going forward.
It confuses me that somebody is trying to unload shares prior to the sale completion and the revamped furnaces for silicon metal coming online. If the seller held for a few months it could result in a 50% increase in the share price received.
