yes, trust in the reliability, integrity, capability and ability of management to deliver on their promises are paramount.
I was hoping that Adrian was the gung-ho Ho new generation with a capability and communication set much better than past management who had a blotchy score card. Trust lost is hard to recover and whilst Adrian is on the hustings to get the message out there, institutional money has yet to be convinced. As OMH has been for some time a ‘work in progress’ it appears to still be exactly that.
