This announcement is being underrated ! Basically Chemgenex is getting the equivilant of almost 50% of its current capitalisation in payments in the very near future just to prove the drug works (which is looking more and more likely), then ongoing royalties at what probably will be a good percentage, due to the fact that they have taken the drug to this very late stage of trials.
And all of this without diluting shareholders any further, could not be much more positive.
Someone will be accumulating whilst making the share price look like nothing that positive has occurred !
(my thoughts only, the future will tell the truth !)
