I couldn't agree more, a majority of it is out of his control..the thing I take out of it all is the fact that Justin is using the term reserve and for him to be doing this he must have been told the licence is in the bag
Remember these announcements are reviewed and scrutinised by the ASX before release, surely they must have asked the question about using that terminology without the licence being granted
If it isn't granted then Justin won't be the only one answering questions imo
