Reflects badly on the ways of doing business with the Government of Oman. "Onerous" costs and conditions in exploration of hostile location, can't imagine what the imposts and royalty demands would be if any economic resource is ascertained. Oh well, could be even worse if over the border in Yemen or Saudi.
