i cant see why 10c price wont eventually come about with big boxes ticked
so they are getting term sheets for financing
firstly these should have been gotten long time ago
secondly how long to analyse?

you can call them binding but that is the western programming of thinking. the banks politicians law is there only to protect you the consumer.
nothing is binding until it is done and then it is too late
