if you were tasked with putting together the management team least likely to succeed in Oman then the current management team would win hands down. Not a single individual knowledgeable/capable of mine development.
However, after so many years of total inactivity mine development is clearly not the focus of AUQ's agenda, I'd have to ask what is the purpose of AUQ?
Why does AUQ go on pretending they want to be miners????
