You missed the most important part and that isAVZ treats such allegations seriously and reiterates it has and continues to comply
with the Company’s disclosure obligations under the Corporations Act and the ASX Listing Rules.

If AVZ were not in compliance with ASX listing rules then that would be a different matter and Omni Bridgeway would have a case, but clearly they don't, and that is what I was trying to get through to the thickheads when it first surfaced.
