As others have said AVZ may well be within compliance with the ASX continuous disclosure rules and they have relied on their discretion as to what they consider to be vexatious claims with no merit. But a class action is a very different beast where a court would have to rule as the whether the information not disclosed at the time was in fact price sensitive that should have been disclosed.
