Hi Hoots the disclosure rules relate to what a 'reasonable person' would think required to disclosure. When you're talking about applying these rules to the worlds 5th most corrupt country, DRC, the same does not apply as if it happened in a tier 1 jurisdiction such as Australia. If AVZ had to announce every wild allegation, event, physical threat then they'd be announcing to the ASX every day. There has been more than a handful of threats to the company and also daily physical threats to management. Yes that's right. Nigel and team have been getting threatened left right and centre. These Chinese grubs are a bunch of animals.

This is the Wild West in DRC. It's about time AVZ got some support from home, instead we're fighting battles on every single possible front.
