    wouldn't a court look to the experts at hand, ie: ASX; and if they are happy with AVZ compliance then the court would take that experts opinion as a strong basis. Further if the ICC ruling is in favour to AVZ over Dathomir which I guess is likely then AVZ has applied disclosure rationale appropriately.
