Why is a person(s) prepared to buy 50 million shares at a 100% premium to take on a BoD in an attempt to destroy a company??
You seem to know a lot, do you have an explanation for that?
Btw, as I understand at this very moment it is only a proposal by, it appears, some shady characters.
There appears to be people willing to accept an offer like this.
I question such an offer, especially taking in account that they are not prepared to extend this offer to Australia.
They probably have a very valid reason for that.
