Agreed.!!..but the real problem here goes deeper in regard to these
Distribution deals.What makes it so difficult for the market is that there is
no "upfront" premium price consideration..only Royalty based payment.So,
without any disclosure of the Royalty Agreement..there is no way of knowing
whether,in this case, Omni has even negotiated a favourable deal..?

As this is a quality well researched "patented" product..there has to be a "lump sum"
premium attached to buying into the technology etc...just like any other business
when an investor buys in..otherwise there really no definitive "value" recognition in
terms of" market value" of Distribution Right Agreement...similar in someways
to industry Leasehold Going Concern businesses..valuation criteria

On current UK non disclosure of details etc for above reasons,..hard to see much interest in CR

Logically, an upfront payment in addition to Royalties would create some market
confidence in strength of "brand" as well as perhaps eliminate need for ongoing CR"S
until Royalty payments are established...
