    Hi @Rye1208,

Thanks for asking this question, 'cos what I have reported above does not seem to make sense.
I too could not believe what I was reading in the NAR, DG, and OM1 Press Releases either !

The Press Releases above outline a history where NAR had acquired the 25,307 acre Phoenix project
prior to September 2008. They apparently sampled widely over the entire acreage. Those samples
were reported in the OM1 announcement last week. Curiously they chose to channel-cut and
drill in the Leases that did not contain the best assays. Just bizarre.

After drilling the 7 holes they were pinged by the Federal Court of Canada
in November 2010. No further mention by NAR was made of Phoenix or it's drill cores .

Sometime before January 2018 Clean Commodities (aka DG) acquired Phoenix, possibly from NAR.
Apparently, they only picked up the two Leases where Drilling occurred (plus the small Lease between them).

    LEASE_NUM: NT-5531 (20/08/2018-19/08/2039), NT-5530 (20/08/2018-19/08/2039), NT-5532 (17/01/2019-16/01/2040)

    (find the Leases at https://www.maps.geomatics.gov.nt.ca/Html5Viewer_PROD/index.html?viewer=NWT_MTV)

The report of the Dahrouge Geological Consulting modelling (Jan. 25, 2018) makes no mention of any feature outside the 3 Leases.
( btw: The accompanying DGpresentation at http://bit.ly/2GckZdh iscomplete tripe. )
I can find no reference in DG Press Releases to any feature outside the 3 Leases.

The OM1 Announcement (5 Jan 2024) did not mention the Phoenix Lease Numbers (OM1 should have).
However the area of "14.5km2" exactly matches the total area of those 3 Leases. The Announcement
contains the text "well-advanced Phoenix Lithium Project covers 14.5km2 of granted mining leases", and
refers to the Big Bird and Curlew pegmatites, the same names used by NAR.

The other Leases sampled by NAR (102-14.5=87.5km2) have been taken up by Linglin Chu ( eg. M11656 )
Linglin's Mineral Claims (2 year tenancy) amount to 338.5km2, so some Claims were in addition to NAR's Phoenix.

So, there is a large inconstancy between the spatial extent of samples reported by OM1 (very obvious on the map above),
and the 14.5km2 of Phoenix Leases proposed to be acquired.

I refuse to believe that this discrepancy is a "mistake". It is just too extensive and opportune.

Read the statement by OM1 Exec Dir JW, "following an extended period of due diligence, our understanding of these assets",
and "working around the clock", and "company exploration has been limited to a single, two-day, reconnaissance field trip" to Torp
(possibly including Phoenix), producing no photos (by OM1 ?).

Should we actually believe this ? Well what should we think ?

I am of the opinion that, should OM1 and DG merge, there should be an executive spill,
for the executives of OM1 and DG clearly do not qualify to be in a position of trust. I refuse to accept BS Announcements. Ever.

    Definitely NFA and DYOR !

    PS:

    1) "the exploration model did not consider exploration upside along strike and at depth"
. . . because all Phoenix drill holes (except one) have barren tails (obvious in a 3D model).
    2) An interesting side interest of execs at DG . . .
