Unfortunately for DG, that prior action allowed OM1 to see the true nature of its intended subsidiary, and its subsidiary, before the terms of the "binding agreement" were settled.

Not to worry, there are still buyers of DG at CAD 0.08 today. (145K traded, Mcap CAD 2059K).

Would OM1 accept all of DG’s assets as settlement when costs are awarded ?

Now it's time for OM1 to get down to business, minerals exploration at LdM.

SH want to see some action on the ground, meaningful reports/photos, and frequently.

Last year was memorable for all the wrong reasons.
