Well, it's going to be a distraction for both cos moving forward, and costly as well (for the losing party). Interestingly, Ryan Kalt (ceo of Dixie) is a lawyer. Also interestingly, this is their second legal action over the last couple of years, the prior one (which they won) was initiated by Barrick against them regarding their JV terms. Anyway, hopefully it's a speedy process so both cos (and shareholders) can get back to...well, exploration.
