    1. Quarterly shows they may need cash soon
    2. Massive increase in the amount of signings within a few weeks
    3. Share price creeping up based on recent signings only
    4. Significant revenue still yet to come

    I've seen this before. I believe in the company's product but don't forget this is a spec company.
