@SallyWill. Yes, perhaps I could have been more explicit regarding who I meant but believe me I'm not entirely sure about our current CEO either.
While I am warming to the current changes with GRL as a whole (albeit slowly) I would still like to see more of managements 'hard earned' in the pot with the rest of us. For me, it promotes confidence & integrity, whilst providing another key point to the (my) fundamentals.
I have since read @RED328's comments and have paid heed to the members of managements comments regarding becoming involved &/or not willing to become involved with holdings. I have stated before my views & they have not changed. I still believe that all management should show a unified & collaborative approach by being (personally) financial shareholders, in the company. I understand that it is not mandatory/law but if its good enough for I.B. to show us the way, yet again, then surely the rest of management can see the light also?
