That 'bot' didn't appear to see the new announcement....is very busy trying to get the s/p down again and succeeding.
As Tonza said, the people buying appear to be funds or similar and I would say the people selling are nervous small shareholders worried about the capital.
A lot of shareholders don't ever read ASX notices, so never really know what their investment is up to.
They just follow the sheep.
I know a number of people like that and they expect me to let them know what's going on....you tell them how to get info and then leave it up to them.
Such is life.
