A portion of the funds raised will be allocated towards the costs of testing the Stokes Bay-1 well. Road and site works are scheduled to commence in June 2008 to mobilise test equipment. Further funds will be utilised for any cost over runs of the Company’s three (3) current seismic surveys being recorded in the Perth Basin and the planned 2008 drilling programmes in the Carnarvon Basin, Western Australia.
