This is playing out just as I previously posted.
After the boys couldn't get the funding to take VRL private the next obvious step was for the company itself to soak up shares via a LARGE share buy back.
Thus, next time the boys try to take the company private there will be less on-market shares that they need to acquire.
SP will jump somewhat over the buy-back period, IMO. It will still be cheap based on the free cashflow, and then at some point in the future I would expect another attempt to take VRL private.
